From AMEE Data Wiki
Overview
The AMEE wiki documents the data sources, methodologies (eg. Greenhouse Gas Protocol) and assumptions used in the AMEE service.
The data held in AMEE represents 150 countries and regions. Regions include OECD, non-OECD, EU, Africa, Middle East, former USSR, Latin America, Asia (excluding China) and China (excluding Hong Kong).
For the UK and US (including State-level data where relevant) AMEE holds;
- Electricity
- Heating and air conditioning by house type
- Specific models of cars
- Appliances
Unless otherwise stated in this wiki, the data can be used for any country. To ensure the correct factors are used in your application, set the country field in your AMEE profile to the one your users need.
The wiki makes calls directly to the API and returns example values directly from the staging platform of the AMEE service.
The structure of the data is distinct from its potential application. The wiki reflects logical data structures rather than detailing applications.
