AMEE represents many Public standards. Certain emissions Data and Methodologies are a mixture of Public Standards, for example UK Crown Copyright and/or other licenses.
Users of these data should take note of such licenses as you may need a license to use it - for example from the Office of Public Sector Information. Using the AMEE API does not require this license as AMEE is already registered and licensed to provide this service.
Under EU law, AMEE UK Limited is automatically granted a "database right". If you have any questions about this, please ask us.
